The times they are a changin.
I kinda think this is a can of worms, though. What exactly counts as a legitimate online publication? Feels like a dangerously subjective process to me, and one that can lead to the inclusion of 10,000 more stories, many of them with the words 'Harry Potter Slash' in the title.
